About me – Mommy on the Run

This blog started as a way to track my progress on my first marathon journey with Team In Training.  Now that it is over, and I’m addicted to blogging, I’m going to take the blog in a new direction.  From here on out, this blog is about what it is like to be a full time mom and part time fitness & nutrition coach while trying to take care of my own fitness and nutrition needs and raising my son to know his Creator.  It isn’t easy, even for someone who knows how it should be done.  There are days I struggle, and there are days I win.  Luckily the wins outweigh the struggles.  And I have a very supportive husband who helps tremendously.
